has been thoughtfully and uniquely designed to take

houses a designer kitchen perfectly placed in the heart
of the home, a spacious lounge fitted without compromise,
stylish comfortable furnishings and a home theatre

the flowing timber deck with its soaring timber lined
ceiling and a dining table with seating for ten. The
main pavilion also houses the master bedroom suite,
complete with indoor and outdoor ensuites, walk in
robe and king bed.
Two of the three bedrooms away from
the main pavilion are perfectly equipped to cater for
all your needs with a bar fridge, TV and DVD as well
as their own entertainment systems.
All four bedrooms
are fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans
and through sliding glass doors from each bedroom a
hardwood deck meanders past tropical plants to the
pool area.
The entire home is walled for total
privacy and a double lock up garage if perfect for
the car and boat.
